Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking qualified candidates for a G450 aircraft based in Chicago IL. This will be a two-pilot account flying part 91 and 135. This will not be commutable and will require residing in the Chicago area.
The Pilot in Command (PIC) holds final responsibility to ensure aircraft is operated in a safe, compliant and efficient manner. The PIC complies with all company and regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional service experience.
Required skills
- FAA ATP;
- FAA Class 1 flight crew medical certificate;
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the US;
- Strong prioritizing and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple & high-level priorities;
- Proactive decision-making skills;
- May be required to obtain a FAA Type rating in the applicable Fleet type;
- Upholds a service standard in a strict & changing regulatory environment;
- Strong customer service skills;
- 3500 hours of total flying experience;
- 1500 hours flying experience on Multi-Engine;
- 2000 hours flying experience Pilot in Command;
- 500 hours flying experience on Multi-Engine Command;
- 300 hours IFR;
- 500 hours on jet aircraft.
Desired skills
- Preference is given to local candidates with GV (G450) rating and similar aircraft size experience;
- Aviation management experience, preferably with a private and/or corporate flight department.
