An exciting opportunity has arisen to join BAE Systems as an Instructor Pilot (Primary) based in Riyadh.
 
BAE Systems is the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. They provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons.

As an Instructor Pilot (Primary) you will be responsible to The Flying WIng Commander for flying instructional missions for cadets in accordance with appropriate Royal Saudi Air Force training syllabi.

Required skills

  • Aircraft model: SR22
  • Type required: No
  • Languages: English
  • FI(A) rating;
  • 1500 hours of total flying experience;
  • 400 hours as a flight instructor;
  • 100 hours as a flight instructor in the last 12 months;
  • Good people development competencies;
  • High level of interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to communicate, influence and direct Saudi cadets both in the air and on the ground.
