MAG Aerospace is currently looking for pilots to perform duties as a Cessna 208 PIC. Responsible for the safe and legal execution of ISR flights at designated sites in Africa in accordance with company operating procedures, United Nations policies, applicable host nation rules and Federal Aviation Regulations.

- Languages: English
- FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (ATP Written);
- FAA Class 2 flight crew medical certificate;
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the US;
- 750 hours of total flying experience;
- 500 hours flying experience Pilot in Command;
- 200 hours of total flying experience on type;
- 100 hours conducting similar type operations (i.e. ISR, survey)
- A valid US passport allowing unrestricted travel;
- Higher School Certificate.
Desired skills
- Former US military or government law enforcement pilot;
- Prior overseas rotation experience;
- Radio Telephone Operators Permit;
- Experience supporting United Nations operations;
- Africa flight operations experience;
- NVG qualified ASEL;
- CFI/CFII;
- 250 hours in the last 12 months;
- 500 hours Single pilot experience;
- Instrument current;
- G1000 or modern glass experience;
- French/Doula/Arabic speaker;
- Microsoft Office/365 proficient (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint).
Other information
Duty Environment:
- Be willing to work in hardship and hazardous locations.
- Candidate should expect to be hired on a probationary period for the duration of his/her first OCONUS rotation.
- Willing to share billeting accommodations with multiple members.
- Must adhere to all United Nations and company regulations as applicable.
Travel:
- 50% or more during the course of the year.
- Must maintain a flexible travel schedule. Travel which may include austere environments.
- Be willing to travel for long periods of time, work long hours and / or non-regular hours with minimal notice.
