A220 First Officers for Fast Track to Command airBaltic Latvia

airBaltic is currently looking for Senior First Officer (TR/NTR) with fast track command on Airbus A220-300.

airBaltic operates 47 Airbus A220-300 aircraft, with plans to operate a fleet of 100 aircraft by 2030. They are significantly expanding and looking for experienced pilots to strengthen their Pilot community.

While they don't currently offer Direct Entry Captain positions, they provide a fast track to command for skilled pilots who demonstrate experience, performance and leadership.

Required skills

• A220 Type Rating: YES.
• Languages: English

• EASA Class 1 flight crew medical certificate;
• EASA ATPL or Frozen ATPL (CPL with ATPL subjects);
• ICAO Level 4 proficiency in English language or higher;
• 2750 hours of Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems;
• 1500 hours on CS25 (MTOW >5,7t);
• Clean Criminal Record;
• Excellent CRM;
• High level of professionalism, self-motivation and commitment to the highest standards of safety and responsibility.

• Sign-up bonus in amount of 10000 EUR gross, divided in several parts, if you start your employment within a period MAR 2025 – OCT 2025
