Required skills
- At least 5 years corporate experience
- Experience in planning menus and sourcing catering.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think “outside the box” for unexpected situations.
- Ability to use own initiative when necessary.
- Must be flexible , adaptable and a team player.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work irregular hours, sometimes at short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
