Required skills
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Flown as a Flight Attendant for an international carrier, or Cabin Host within Private Aviation - preferrable
- Proven Experience in building a team culture with a remote team
- Experience with and knowledge of the expectations of Ultra High Net Worth individuals and the intricacies that surround ultra luxury hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to work with and create data, forecasting trends in-line with operational needs
- Proven ability to lead departmental direction and demonstrate success in delivering key performance indicators
- Experience in managing performance via standards, KPI’s and Brand expectations
- Right to live and work in the USA
