Skytrans Airlines is looking for Cabin Crew in Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast.

Required skills

• Languages: English

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Australian or New Zealand permanent residency and a passport ensuring unrestricted access to all Skytrans ports of call with at least 12 months validity
• An excellent level of health and fitness, for example, being able to swim 50 metres fully clothed unassisted and tread water for 3 minutes
• Current Australian Senior First Aid Certificate with a validity of 12 months at time of application
• Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol 'Statement of Attainment', which you would need to have by the end of the recruitment process
• Able to successfully obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and undergo drug and alcohol screening
• No visible tattoos or body piercings that are unable to be discovered discreetly

• Ability to work as a solo flight attendant with a maximum of 36 passengers
• Ability to work on own initiative with strong problem solving skills
• Availability to work shifts over 7 days, including weekends, public holidays and peak holiday periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter
• Strong cultural awareness and the ability to adapt to new environments and converse with a wide variety of people e.g. children travelling alone, nervous flyers or people who speak languages other than English
• Understand the importance of in-flight hygiene and ensure that all areas of the cabin are clean, fresh and presentable for our customers
