- Maximun height: 186cm
- Arm reach: 212cm
- Languages: English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to swim 50m unaided
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Availability to work shift work, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts is essential
- Fluent in English
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (New Zealand Passport Holders Included)
- A minimum of 12 months validity on your Passport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations
- Physically fit and able to meet the physical requirements of the job, including height and reach restrictions. Reach (minimum): 212cm; Arm span (minimum): 127cm; Height (maximum): 186cm
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Current First Aid, CPR and RSA Certificate, or willing to obtain one
