Required skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- A minimum 3 years of experience working as a Flight Attendant required
- Must have a valid Passport and be authorized to work and travel globally
- Certification and/or prior training in safety and emergency including CPR, AED and first aid are preferred.Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and proactive attitude is required. Possession of a Florida Driver’s License is required
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Apple iOS Devices and Windows based PC’s
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally with overnight trips and stays is required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is required
- Knowledge of all applicable Federal Aviation Association Regulations
- Knowledge of the rules and procedures of sanitation and safety as they apply to production, storage and service in an aircraft
- Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures including CPR, AED and first aid
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to demonstrate confidentiality/discretion
- Ability to demonstrate constant professionalism, attention to detail, and good manners
- Demonstrate excellent and effective communication skills
- Demonstrate skills in customer service
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the general public, co-workers, elected and appointed officials

- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
