Aer Lingus is currently looking for A320 First Officers.
Required skills
- EASA ATPL or Frozen ATPL (CPL with ATPL subjects);
- EASA Class 1 flight crew medical certificate;
- Current ME/IR Land;
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU;
- ICAO Level 4 proficiency in English language or higher;
- UPRT certificate in accordance with FCL.745.A;
- Multi-crew Cooperation Course (MCC);
- Provide 2 verifiable references;
- Able to pass a strict airport security vetting procedure.
Desired skills
- Applicants who hold a current Airbus type-rating (A320/A330/A340/A350/A380);
- Multi-crew commercial experience.

Non Airbus type rated pilots have a reduced package for the first year of approximately €63,500, This includes average variable flight associated pay of approximately €18,000
