FedEx Express is currently looking for Flight Instructors to Perform Flight Instruction Utilizing FedEx Flight Training Programs, Evaluate Student Progress, Assist In Development And Review Of Training Curricula And Examinations. Provide Simulator, Cockpit Procedures And Classroom Instruction As Qualified. Will Perform Other Specific Tasks For Flight Operations As Directed.
Required skills
- Bachelor's Degree;
- FAA CPL;
- Current IR Land;
- 1500 hours of total flying experience;
- 1000 hours PIC FW Jet or multi-engine turboprop or multi-engine reciprocal over 20,000 Lbs or a combination;
- 2 years experience as an aeroplane/simulator/aviation classroom instructor, simulator Instructor or FAR121 Check Airman experience preferred
- Glass cockpit experience may be required for specific aeroplane tracks.
- Strong interpersonal & communications skills;
- Eligible for rapid visa issuance, issued by offices in the USA, to jump-seat to any FedEx destination;
- Eligibility for issuance of U.S. security clearance;
- Recently of flight exp considered;
- FAA covered safety-sensitive position;
- Subject to regulatory alcohol & drug testing, which includes testing for marijuana, PCP, amphetamines, cocaine & opioids;
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
