Sunshine Coast Aero Club is currently seeking a Senior RA-Aus Instructor to train students to a recreational level and perform recency checks on Aero Club Members.
Sunshine Coast Aero Club is a recreational pilot flying school that is on a mission to spread a passion for flying, by providing a safe, professional and fun environment. The Club was established in 1959 and is located at Sunshine Coast Airport, Queensland.
They have a Part 141 School that is able to extend students once they have achieved RPC and a Cessna 150 Aerobat to enable spin training and Aerobatic Endorsements to students and club members. Their 2x best in class Sling2 aircraft from The Airplane Factory are the backbone of the business and the Flying Club.
All Sunshine Coast Aero Club Instructors are expected to work weekends. Working arrangements will be either Part-Time OR Casual VDO rate to be negotiated with President of the Aero Club.

Fixed Wing Piston Single Engine Type Rating: YES.
- Languages: English
- RA-Aus Senior Instructor (I);
- CASA Class 2 flight crew medical certificate;
- The unrestricted right to live and work in Australia;
- ASIC;
- Working with children check (QLD Blue Card).
Desired skills
- CASA CPL;
- CASA Grade 2 Instructor Rating or higher;
- Aerobatics Flight Activity Endorsement.
