Silver Airways is looking for cabin crew to be based in Fort Lauderdale.

• Languages: English

• Valid US Passport or Foreign Passport with applicable visas required
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Must be at least 21 years of age by commencement of training
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college education with degree, preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship
• Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen, and FBI Fingerprint & Criminal Background Check
• Must have no visible tattoos while wearing the Flight Attendant company issued uniform
• Must be able to fasten a 4-point jump seat harness without the use of extending devices

Desired skills

• Must be willing & able to relocate according to operational needs
• Must have reliable transportation to and from your base airport. (our current bases are Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and San Juan) and be free from daily encumbrances that would prevent you from being able to work on a consistent basis
• Physically able to bend, stretch, stoop, assist customers with stowing their carry-on luggage, stand for long periods of time and cope with outside climate conditions
• Must possess a strong work ethic and great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional in appearance, demeanor, and attitude
• Able to handle pressure in stressful situations and to accept personal responsibility in resolving concerns
• Good judgment, excellent dependability, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to comprehend and retain information pertinent to the position
• Willing to work "reserve" status until you can hold a set schedule
