• A valid background check (ZÜP)
• Minimum age: 20 years
• Other foreign languages ​​an advantage
• Accessibility of the place of work within one hour for on-call services
• High level of commitment, resilience and a strong service mentality
• Distinct flexibility in terms of working hours and locations
• Mobile phone and access to a PC, good computer skills
• Unrestricted passport, additionally for non-EU citizens: residence permit and work permit
