• Languages: English

• Significant leadership and people management experience
• Demonstrated influencing/negotiation ability
• Demonstrated ability to strategically partner with stakeholders across a large and complex organisation
• Proven ability managing change and building organisational capability
• Proven financial management experience
• Experience in regulatory environment
• Industry experience highly desirable but not essential
• Strong operational and customer experience, including Occupational Health and Safety experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage the logistics of a 24 x 7 operation including on-call escalation responsibility
• The ability to motivate, lead and influence others
• Sound business acumen and personal commitment to service excellence
• Effective communicator at all levels of the organisation, and with external stakeholders
• Committed and able to demonstrate and achieve people development, including effective performance and disciplinary management
• Ability to effectively introduce and lead through change
• Strong cause and effect thinking
• Strong customer and market knowledge
