Cabin Crew Manager Air New Zealand

Air New Zealand is looking for a Cabin Crew Training Manager - Airbus to join the Cabin Crew Standards & Training team at Operational Integrity and Standards. This a great opportunity in support of Kia Mau and business growth into 2022. This is a fixed term full time position for 12 months based in Auckland.

Required skills

• Languages: English

• Flight Attendant training experience is ideal
• Minimum 2-year operating in an FA Leadership role and/or management experience
• Sound knowledge of standard operating procedures and customer experience
• A strong interest in leadership, aircraft operations and cabin crew development
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven track record in providing feedback
• The ability to work with multiple digital programmes such as the MS Office and iPad applications including Goodreader, along with the capability to learn a variety of other IT platforms
• Flexibility to manage rosters and administration tasks
