The primary role of the Caravan Captain will be to assist the operations of the company with the delivery of maintenance parts, supplies, and maintenance technicians to various worksites. The Caravan Captain reports to the Chief Pilot, or in their absence, to the Director of Operations. The PIC will perform all flight duties as assigned. The PIC must prepare and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the company aircraft in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
This is a Kinston, North Carolina based position on an 8/6 or 15/13 schedule. To the employee directly, the company will provide paid medical, dental, and vision insurance. They do also offer Family Plans for their medical, dental, and vision insurance. Other insurance provided is basic life and AD&D policies. They cover the cost of your meals, travel, 1st class medical, and uniforms.

- FAA First Class Medical;
- Single Engine Instrument Commercial Rating;
- Minimum 1200 TT;
- Must be highly knowledgeable of the General Operations manual, FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, Flight Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Procedures, and other pertinent information relating to this duty;
- Must be able to complete training program, demonstrating proficiency with job requirements;
- Strong communication customer service skills;
- High school diploma or GED required;
- Ability to lift and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis;
- Ability to bend and/or squat repeatedly.
