Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced pilots to assist in fire detection activities within the Parks and Wildlife Service.

This is a seasonal (Approx 6 months) full time position to be based in Jandakot, Albany, Manjimup and Bunbury.

Required skills

  • Languages: English
  • CASA CPL;
  • CASA Class 1 flight crew medical certificate;
  • 10 hours tailwheel experience as Pilot in Command;
  • Current Australian Security Identification card;
  • Tailwheel undercarriage endorsement;
  • Dangerous Goods Awareness certificate;
  • Current Aeroplane Flight Review (where applicable) with a minimum of 6 months validity to run.

Desired skills

  • 300 hours Pilot in Command
  • Tailwheel aircraft experience
