I'm an Australian working for Piedmont and will be able to guide you through the paperwork for the visa, application, training and all the way onto the line, making your transition to the USA and one of the best regional carriers in the USA as seamless as possible.

During training they will provide a per diem payment as well as FULL salary from day one, your hotel and all flights for work will be positive space, meaning no standby tickets to get to or from training. Their job interview is conducted in person, meaning they will fly you from SYD to CLT and back, at their cost. They also don't make you share a room, ever. Their fleet includes only Embraer 145 50 seat jets. No cross differences training required.

Minimum requirements:
  • 1460 hours of flight time, 25 hours of multi-engine time, 250 hours as Pilot in Command or meet requirements for Restricted ATP.
  • Commercial Multi-engine certificate with an instrument rating, and an English Proficient Endorsement
  • Valid passport with authorization to work in the United States. We will help with your E3 application.
  • Current first class medical certificate at the date of interview.
  • Possess a bachelor's degree or twelve years experience in a flying based job. (E3 requirement).
