Jet Aviation seeking professional, flexible, dynamic and motivated aviators with G550 or similar experience to join the Jet Aviation Flight Services team as Lead Captain, based at KIAD. Minimum requirements:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • FAA First Class Medical
  • 3500 hours Total Fixed Wing
  • 1500 hours Multi-Engine Land
  • 1500 hours Pilot-in-Command
  • 500 hours Turbojet
  • 100 hours Night
  • 75 hours Actual or Simulated InstrumentEffective oral and written communication.
  • Must present a team effort approach with great interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be proactive, efficient, with the ability to seek out answers and resources as needed.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules, willing to travel worldwide extensively and without restriction due to administrative or personal history.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Must be able to handle the job responsibilities with integrity, discretion and sensitivity to confidential company and employee information.
  • Must satisfactorily and continuously demonstrate proficiency required of the FAA Airline Transport Pilot Practical Test Standards for the aircraft assigned.
  • Must satisfactorily and continuously demonstrate adherence to company flight operations standards as defined in the General Operations Manual or Flight Operations Manual.
  • Must be 21 or older and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must also be able to pass a required 10-year background check.
  • Since English is the language of aviation, the employee must be able to effectively, proficiently and clearly speak and understand the language. Must be able to communicate both orally and written
