Minimum requirements:
- A degree or diploma preferably in a technical discipline and a minimum of 250 hours of flight time with Commercial pilots license endorsed with a Instructor Rating. Extensive experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Ability to read and write in English. Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing with customers, office and maintenance personnel.
- Math skills commensurate with flight and licensing requirements, both analytical and computational in preparing flight plans, time sheets and invoices. Capabilities with Metric, Imperial & U.S. measuring systems.
- Ability to analyze changing conditions that require performance under stress from multiple activities. Ability to visualize mechanical conditions and translate into requests for assistance in flight mechanics and maintenance instructions.
- Mobility sufficient to access small restricted areas such as Cessna 150; ability to lift 75 lbs and climb ladders. Manual dexterity for performing routine mechanical maintenance tasks on aircraft.
- Corrected vision to 20/20 enabling reading of small type and fine map quality detail.
- Training costs shall be provided by the company on your behalf and subject to a satisfactory performance record. Any action which may result in a suspension or termination will initiate an immediate assessment of any outstanding commitment and will be assessed accordingly.
