Training Manager The International Aviation Academy of New Zealand

The International Aviation Academy of New Zealand is taking expressions of interest for motivated and inspiring leaders to join the management team. Reporting to the Academy Operations Manager, Training Managers will be responsible for a number of the Academy’s Teams. The Training Managers will remain operational and will fly regularly in conjunction with their management duties. As a leader, both in and out of the aircraft you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in this challenging and fast paced role.

They are looking for proven leadership experience and a passion for people. The ideal candidate would be currently performing to a high level in a leadership role and looking to ensure the successful evolution of the Academy.

Minimum requirements: 
  • A Category Instructor Rating is preferred. B Category Instructor is acceptable
  • Minimum 500 hours instructional time
  • Management and Leadership Experience
