B1900 Non Type Rated First Officers Great Lakes Airlines US

Great Lakes Airlines in USA is currently looking for B1900 Non Type Rated First Officers to join their company based in Fort Dodge, IA, Williston, ND, Farmington, NM, Prescott, AZ, Pierre, SD and Cheyenne, WY.

Minimum requirements:
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate professionally in both oral and written formats
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
  • Ability to learn and understand requirements outlined in Company Manuals as they apply
  • Strong knowledge of FAA Regulations (FAR’s)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four-year degree preferred
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently
  • Working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather
  • Moderate to high noise levels; use of hearing protection equipment required
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, speaking bending, reaching, climbing stairs, kneeling/crouching, twisting, walking, pushing, and pulling
  • Frequent writing and reading
  • May be exposed to chemicals
  • Meets restricted ATP minimums (FAR 61.160) or unrestricted ATP minimums
  • Total Flight time minimum
  • 750 hours if meeting the requirements of 61.160 (a), or
  • 1000 hours if meeting the requirements of 61.160 (b), or
  • 1250 hours if meeting the requirements of 61.160 (c), or
  • 1500 hours
  • 500 hours cross country, or 200 hours cross country if meeting the requirments of FAR 61.160 (e) or (f)
  • 100 hours of night flight
  • 50 hours multi-engine
  • 75 hours of instrument time
  • 250 hours of PIC airplane to include,
  • 100 hours cross country
  • 25 hours of night
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Any substitutions or exceptions regarding flight time that are authorized by FAR’s may be applied
  • FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating
  • Current Class 1 Medical
  • Instrument and multi-engine current to be competitive
  • 35 hours in the last 90 days to be competitive
  • Working ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background checks
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
